Yay! I'm so excited you are setting your big 90-Day goal! Be bold, but be realistic! Once you set it, I determine what smaller goals you need to hit throughout your 90-day journey to reach your big 90-day goal!

 Once you complete the worksheet, Write your specific goal in your journal, and also write it on a sticky note and put it where you will see it every day, multiple times a day. You can write it on as many sticky notes as you'd like, write your goals on a big piece of cardboard or whatever you'd like! Just make your goals visible to you everyday.
