Your safety is my number 1 priority. An assessment is always advised prior to beginning any workout program. If you would like to book a free assessment, click the contact tab and message me.  An assessment includes a health history review, medication review and movement screen. 

Also, you should complete a PAR-Q and have your doctor's approval before beginning any workout program. 

You can begin with 10,000 steps a day if you have not exercised in a while or if you are healing thryoid issues, hormonal imbalances or have inflammation. If you are not sure where to begin, click the contact tab and message me. 

All workouts can be modified or progessed as needed. Know your body. Know when something doesn't feel right or hurts. If something doesn't feel right or hurts, stop the exercise and move to the next exercise.
