Day 4: Legs

 

-Barbell squats: 1x8, 1x6 

 

-Barbell RDL’s: 1x15, 1x12 (think hinge your hips back to activate hams/glutes)

 

-Barbell hip thrusts: 1x15, 1x12

SUPERSET with body weight hip thrusts: 1x15, 1x12

 

-Prone hamstring curls: 1x15, 1x12 (press your hips into the pad, don’t let them come up)

 

-Adductor machine: 1x15, 1x12

SUPERSET with abductor machine: 1x15, 1x12
