Day 2: Push Day (anterior/medial deltsand triceps)

 

-Seated dumbbell shoulder press: 1x15, 1x12

 

-Standing dumbbell lateral raises: 1x15, 1x12 (the elbows stay higher than the wrist)

 

-Smith machine upright row, hands should be shoulder width apart: 1x15, 1x12

 

-Single arm cable lateral raise: 1x15, 1x12

SUPERSET with straight bar triceppressdowns: 1x15, 1x12

 

-Close grip bench press: 1x15, 1x12 (do not go all the way down, stop at 90 degrees and back up.)

SUPERSET with tricep pushups (close grip): 1x15, 1x15
