Here are two different ways to make a yummy edible protein cookie dough dessert! Perfect for getting a little extra protein in at the end of the day when you are low - or a great midday treat!
1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 tbsp almond milk or more until desired texture. Add chocolate chips if desired, or sprinkles! My favorite sugar-free chocolate chips are from Lily's.
1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1-2 tablespoons low-fat evaporated milk.
Add more milk if desired for consistency. Add chocolate chips or sprinkles if desired!
Note: Some protein powders require 2 scoops for a serving, some only 1 scoop. Keep this in mind if tracking your macros!
