Super Simple Hawaiian Pulled Pork!
Ingredients
•3-4 lb Pork Shoulder
•1-2 cups chopped pineapple
•1⁄2 tsp dried ginger
1. Put pork in crock pot.
2. Put pineapple on top.
3. Add ginger.
4. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
5. Shred with forks or a hand mixer before serving.
6. Serve with sweet potato and greens
