Meals For The Week

Who is actually planning their week out? Or at least DAY out?

It's 12:30p now, do you know what you are eating the rest of the day?

How about the rest of the week?

I know that we won't always do exactly what the plan says (bc that's real life) But having a plan is at least intentional, and a strong step towards making the right decision when it comes time. 

If you are waiting until meal time, or when you are hungry, to make a decision about what you will eat IT IS TOO LATE! 

This is why it is easier to create normalcy for MOST of your meals. Then they don't even have to be decisions-it just becomes automatic. 

Remember sticking to your framework 80-90% of the time is going to allow you the freedom 10-20% of the time to really enjoy your food

For example, for breakfast I 1 of 3 things: Shake, Eggs & Veggies, or Bullet Coffee with protein powder

Lunch: Salad with 6 oz of protein & dressing 

Snack (we eat late dinners): Shake or 4oz of meat+fats

Dinner: 6oz protein+veggies +salad

Flavored As:
Mexican: Taco Salad, Cauliflower Rice Bowl, Spaghetti Squash bowl, Taco Zuch Boats

 

Italian: Zuch Lasagna, Spag On Zoodles, Pizza Zuch Boats, Shrimp Scampi over Zoodles
 

Asian: StirFry over Cauliflower Rice, Thai Peanut Lettuce Wraps, Thai Burgers, Beef & Broccoli or Shrimp over Zoodles
 

American: Lettuce Wrapped Cheese Burger w/ Sweet Pot Fries, BBQ Chicken with cauliflower mashed, Steak or Fish +veggies

These are really the only things I eat (maybe slight variations)-but I usually buy the same groceries every week and I wait to decide what flavors I want for the day but the core meal stays the same
