<p><strong>This is a simple meal plan with easy-to-make recipes. There is minimal dairy in this meal plan. If you prefer, 86 the added dairy in recipes where dairy is used for taste only or choose to replace with vegan options. For recipes calling for yogurt as the main ingredient, you can opt for coconut yogurt instead. This meal plan is also gluten free with the exception of Dave's Killer Bread. If you have a known gluten allergy or sensitivity, replace with gluten-free bread or just 86 the bread altogether.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Also, this plan allows for additional flex calories. It is 1200 calories per day, which allows for you to have an additional snack or meal if needed. If you are not a breakfast person and do not prepare breakfast, opt for a vegan protein shake for breakfast.&nbsp;</strong></p>
