Choose 5 lbs up to 20 lbs based on fitness level. Use basketball if no medball available.

12 Forward Stepping Woodchop r/l
12 Lateral Stepping Woodchop r/l
12 Alt Forward Lunges with OH Press 
12 Alt Plank Toe Taps (hands on ball)
12 Plank Ball Passes
