Dymanic Warmup & General Roll Out. 

4 Rounds - Reduce to 1 or 2 rounds if needed.

Dumbbells - 5 to 35 lbs

Scale as needed. 

1 Minute Each Exercise/30 Second Rest

DB Walking Lunge (modification: straight leg (back leg with heal down)

DB Man Maker (modification: Dumbbell knees to OH - 86 the burpee)

DB Wide Dead Row

DB Push Press

DB Lateral Lunge to Balance

DB Squat to Upright Row

DB Woodchop R/L (30s Each Side) If heavy load, drop to lighter db's
