The great thing about life is we have so many choices and get to decide who we want to be, how we want to behave, react, recieve, love.... While it may not always seem like we are free from our circumstances, we are always free to decide who we will be as human beings. What energy do you give to the world? How do you react in situations? How do you behave? Do you freely give and freely receive? How do you love? How do you feel? You decide. Thing about what deciding means to you and write in your journal about who you want to be. What struggles do you have in trying to be who you want to be? How do you decide and overcome those struggles. Be real, be honest with yourself. Do not be afraid to really dig deep and think about who you are and who you want to be.
