Each day, we have a choice. What we choose to focus on is what we become. It can be difficult to stay positive, and sometimes it is necessary to vent, let off steam, cry, scream...whatever we have to do to deal with our emotions and life. Here's a daily to do list I find helpful for myself, especially when I tend to get overwhelmed and feel the negativity setting in.
Write this list down in your journal and think about what it means to you!
