Equipment Needed: dumbbells and something stable to step or jump on. 

5 Rounds 

5 lbs -20 lb dumbbells (decrease load for get ups if needed)

14 Box Jumps or Step Ups (use bench, box, stable chair, low stairstep )

14 Thrusters 

14 Single Leg Deadlift 7R/7L

14 Renegade Rows 7R/7L

14 Push Ups 

14 1/3 Turkish Get Up 7R/7L
