2-5 Rounds. RX - 65 lbs. 

15 lb barbell to 75 lb barbell.

Modification: You can use a bodybar or bodypump style bar. You can also sub dumbbells or kettlebells. 

Decrease number of rounds if beginner or as needed.

20 Standard Deadlifts

12 Bent Over Underhand Grip Row

12 Hang Clean

12 Push Press

12 Back Squats
