10-14 lb medball and something to jump or step up on.

use basketball or soccer ball if you don't have a medball. 

3 Rounds 

10 Box Jumps (modify with step ups) 

10 Wall Balls

10 Ball Slams

10 Push Ups (modify in knees) 

10 Hollow Rocks (modify with legs higher in the air)
