Now is a great time for you to think about what questions you have about fitness, nutrition and your overall health so far. You've read a lot of information up to this point, and there is still more to come. It is my goal to teach you as much as I can in this program so that you know what you need to take care of your mind, body and overall well being. Write down what you've found interesting so far. What have you learned? Do you have questions about anything you've learned so far or do you have a different philisophy about something you've learned?
