I workout because.....

speak it out loud then write in your journal. 
 

Why do you workout? What does it do for you mentally, physically, spiritually? 

I recently did this exercise for my journaling, and this is what flowed onto the paper. Think about YOU and write your own story in your journal. 
 

I workout because.......

when I don't feel like it but do it anyway......

when I keep pushing when I'm tired...

when I don't think I can do another rep but manage to do one more...

when it is really hard from start to finish but I finish...

when I work one day at a time to get better at a movement or improve my time and it finally happens...

I find my determination, strength, willpower and stamina that gets me through everything in my life. 

And then I look to God...

I do my part. He does His!
