  1. Ingredients
  2. 1 cup organic unsweetened soy milk (I use Silk)
    1/3 cup frozen blueberries
    1/3 cup frozen raspberries
    1 serving vanilla protein powder (about 30 grams - I use plant based powder - just check grams of sugar)
    1 tablespoon hemp seeds
    4 ice cubes

  4. Mix together in a blender and enjoy!
