Scale as needed. Beginners can cut rounds in half. You can also break this workout up into two 10 round workouts in the day. 

20 Rounds

15 Squats (mod:chair squat)

10 Pushups (mod:on knees or hands on bench top) 

20 Double Leg Strectch (mod:basic crunch)
