3-6  Rounds (based on fitness level and time)

16 Wide Stance Squat 

10 Burpee (Use benchtop and modify as needed)

16 Lateral Skaters (step instead of hop if needed)

10 Tricep Push Ups (close grip, elbows shoot bak - on knees if needed)

16 Alternating Lateral Lunges (push butt cheeck out to side as you step)

10 Alternating Rotating Side Planks (drop bottom knee down on rotation if needed)
