Equipment needed:  chair or sofa with sturdy back. 

15 Minute AMRAP 

12 Reps Each Exercise

Chair Sit

Tricep Dip (modify by doing pushups on high back of chair)

Chair Plank w/ Alt Knee to Elbow

Lateral Knee Pull R/L

Single Leg Deadlift R/L

Side Leg Lift R/L

Curtesy Lunge R/L (modify with straight leg vs bent knee curtsey)
